Refund & Exchange Policy

At Chico Nova, we take pride in offering a diverse range of  products, each uniquely crafted to your specifications. It's important to note that we operate on a print-on-demand basis, meaning that every order is custom-made specifically for you upon purchase. As a result, we do not maintain an inventory of pre-made items.

Due to the nature of our model, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage to the product upon receipt.

Proof

For any issues, record the item’s unpacking with a video or take pictures. This helps prove the condition it arrived in.

Damage Policy

  • Report within 7 days: If an item arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days. Show us the video or pictures as proof.
  • We'll replace it for free if the damage wasn't your fault.

Defect Policy

  • Report within 30 days: If you find a manufacturing defect within 30 days, let us know and provide any proof.
  • Free replacement: If the defect is from us, we’ll replace the item at no cost to you.

Policy Limitation:
